Junior QA Automation

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Job Summary:
The Automation QA is responsible for validating new stories and for creating automation tests for the product, using different testing frameworks – UI, HTTP Rest, Visual Difference, etc. QAs participate fully in the Agile Development process.

Responsibilities:
• Design test cases
• Manually validate and verify new stories
• Develop automated tests. Regularly verify and maintain them
• Find and report defects
• Work closely with other people in the engineering and product teams, in order to deliver high quality products in a timely manner

Qualifications:
• Understanding of Java and OOP
• First experience with Selenium Web Driver, testing a modern single-page application
• Understanding of Web Technologies – HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP
• Hands-on experience with CI tools (Jenkins) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Git

Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with relational Databases and simple SQL knowledge
• Experience with ELK stack
• Experience with Performance Tests is a big plus (JMeter especially)
• Good understanding of security testing and best practices
• Experience with JavaScript or Python
