Sales Representative - North America and Europe

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Your new role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to support our customers and manage sales activities. The focus of the role will be to develop and maintain relationships with security businesses in North America and Europe, solve problems for our customers as well as explore opportunities to grow our business in those regions.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English both spoken and written is a must.
The candidate must also be intellectually curious to deep dive and develop strong knowledge of our products and services from the onset. They also need to be willing to work in shifts – 9:00 -18:00 and 15:00 – 0:00 to cover for both the North American and European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts in North America and Europe for long-term success;
  • Establish good rapport with existing customers;
  • Develop new sales opportunities through market research and referrals;
  • Prepare prospect and sales reports;
  • Participate in tradeshows and industry events;
  • Maintain CRM database and organize data in a structured and efficient way.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English – written and spoken;
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills;
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management or Business Development roles in the IT/IoT industry;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field will be considered as an advantage;
  • Experience in a technical role and/or demonstrated interest in software and hardware solutions will also be considered a plus.
