Automation QA Specialist

Locaton: Sofia, Bulgaria

Our company develops and manufactures products, and provides cloud and connectivity services for the IoT. Its portfolio consists of communication equipment for the security industry, energy distribution, logistics, and more. We seek creative candidates to support new and existing product development initiatives for cellular communicators and home automation systems.

The Automation QA Specialist will join the software development team, providing automation testing for mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications (.Net). The QA specialist will collaborate closely with all mobile, back-end, and front-end software development team members.

Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Maintains and enhances the QA automation framework as approved by management;
• Develops, publishes, and implements automation test plans;
• Writes and maintains test automation scripts;
• Creates automation testing reports to communicate testing results with stakeholders;
• Provides support for CI/CD processes;
• Works with a task-based approach in an agile environment (Kanban/Trello). 

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience with BDD and Gherkin;
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, SpecFlow or other similar automation testing tools for mobile and web;
• 1-2 years of experience coding in C#;
• Logical, deductive reasoning.
