Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Our company develops and manufactures products and provides cloud and connectivity services for the IoT and Home Automation. The company’s portfolio consists of communication equipment for the security industry, energy distribution, logistics and more.
All devices are connected to private cloud, where the clients can oversee and manage them using our web portal and mobile applications. Currently, we are expanding our Sales/Account Management team and looking for an experienced Account Manager IoT.


Essential Functions:
  • Establishes and maintains trustful relationships with existing customers via phone and e-mail
  • Has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the company's portfolio, able to fluently describe products and services benefits, resolve business issues, and adequately address customer concerns
  • Educates clients on our technology and make them as successful as possible
  • Documents and tracks each customer interaction in the company’s ERP and consistently follow through on his commitments
  • Maintains daily connection with different departments to keep himself/herself and the colleagues informed on latest developments 
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/account management roles in the telecommunication/mobile industry (ideally IoT)
  • Extremely people oriented, with exceptional communication skills, the ability to listen attentively, think, talk, write and act professionally to impress and influence others
  • Understands the technical side of the telecommunication and/or security business sufficiently to be able to address customer inquiries
  • Having an understanding of the alarm industry is a plus
